APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

You can use the following timeframes as a rough guide, but please note that they do vary, especially at the busier times of the season.

Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a form where you’ll upload your measurements and complete the details of your suit, such as style, coverage, and accessories. The sooner we receive the information, the sooner the work on your suit can begin.

Note: Time taken to deliver varies between 4 - 7 working days depending on the destination address and method of shipping.

SHIPPING TO PO BOX OR ARMY BASE ADDRESS

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses. Our courier services require a physical street address to ensure safe and timely delivery.

If a P.O. Box or Army base address is provided at checkout, it may result in delays while we contact you for an alternative address. To avoid shipping issues, please ensure that you provide a valid residential or business address at the time of ordering.

ENSURING THERE'S ENOUGH TIME FOR DELIVERY

The Expected Delivery Date is an estimate of when your order will arrive, based on courier-provided delivery times. While most orders are delivered within this timeframe, actual delivery times may vary and could occasionally take longer.

To avoid any last-minute stress, we strongly recommend allowing at least three weeks between your estimated delivery date and your competition. This buffer ensures that any unexpected delays won’t impact your plans and provides us with enough time to make adjustments or alterations if needed. We’re always happy to assist with any issues, but we can only do so if there’s sufficient time.

CUSTOM IMPORT DUTIES/VAT

Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.

For orders shipped outside the United States and Australia, import taxes, customs duties, and other fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities, and you are responsible for any additional costs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please note that customs clearance procedures may sometimes cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframe.

MISSED DELIVERY & RE-SHIPMENT

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is successfully received upon delivery.

We strongly recommend using the tracking details provided to monitor your shipment. If you won’t be available at the time of delivery, please arrange for someone to sign on your behalf or contact the courier to reschedule. Due to the high volume of orders and daily shipments, we are unable to track individual packages on behalf of customers.

If a package is returned to us due to "recipient not home" or "recipient unreachable," it will be automatically sent back within a few days. Reshipment will be at the customer’s expense.

The cost of re-delivery in certain cases will be at the Customers' own expense should the following issues occur :

Customer has provided incorrect shipping address
Customer did not receive or pick up the package as per individual country postal requirements, i.e. within the time frame given etc.
Other incorrect information was provided and has resulted in non-delivery i.e. invalid phone number etc.
