Shipping Costs

Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or army base addresses.

The Expected Delivery Date is when you can expect to receive your order in the mail, and is based on delivery times provided by the courier. In our experience the vast majority of orders are delivered within this timeframe, however, we do note that actual delivery times do vary and can be longer than expected.

Planning for Your Competition

We strongly recommend allowing sufficient time between the estimated delivery date and your competition date. Ideally, there should be at least a 3-week buffer. This cushion helps alleviate stress from potential delivery delays and provides ample time for us to make any necessary adjustments or alterations to your order, should any issues arise. We are always ready to address and fix problems, but this can only be done effectively if there is enough time.  

Ensuring Successful Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is successfully received upon delivery. Please using the the tracking details provided by Customer Care to follow your package online.

Plan for someone to sign for it on your behalf, or requesting to reschedule with the courier if you anticipate that you will not be home at the time of delivery. 

Due to high volumes of orders and daily shipments, we are unable to track each order for our customers. A package not delivered in a timely manner due to "recipient not home" or "recipient unreachable" will be automatically returned to us within a few days, resulting in a reshipment at the your expense.

Re-shipment Costs

Cost of re-delivery in certain cases will be at the your own expense should the following issues occur:

1. You provided incorrect shipping address
2. The customer did not receive or pick up the package within the timeframe given by the local postal service.
3. Other incorrect information was provided and has resulted in non-delivery i.e. invalid phone number etc.
